1. ACCEPTANCE
By using this site and copping our gear, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy. Simple.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If we sent you the wrong size or the print is jacked, we'll make it right — free return shipping, full refund or exchange. If you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, check the size chart next time. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on.
3. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from Arizona. Domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days. International takes longer — customs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility. We don't control your country's import laws. Tracking provided on every order.
4. CUSTOM & 1-OF-1 SWAG
AI-generated custom designs are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. One of one means one of one — there's nothing to exchange it with. We show you the design before you buy. Once you approve and pay, the forge fires up and the deal is done.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, logos, and the TRAPPER DAN brand are our intellectual property. Don't bootleg our designs or rip our name. We'll find out, and our lawyers are better than yours. Custom designs you generate through our AI tools — you own the physical product, we retain rights to the generated design for portfolio and marketing.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We make dope streetwear. We don't guarantee it'll make you famous, get you laid, or improve your fit pics. Wear at your own risk. We're not liable for anything beyond the purchase price of the item you bought. If our hoodie somehow causes a global incident, that's between you and the universe.
